Criminal Division
We prosecute roughly 3,000 – 4,000 felonies per year, ranging from white-collar crime to first-degree murder. You will quickly become a seasoned and effective prosecutor and courtroom advocate, with confidence and know-how to make sure justice is done.
Civil Division
Our office is the chief legal adviser for Madison County Government. We review contracts, represent the county in civil litigation, handle Freedom of Information Act requests, deal with election matters and prepare and review county ordinances and resolutions.
